The course fee is only requested after you complete the course. On page 8 of the Exam Booklet is an answer form (for faxing or mailing) where you may provide your credit card information. You also have the option of mailing this completed answer form with a check or money order (payable to California Tax School). For faster service, transfer your test information to the online answer form which links to a secure credit card payment page.
