Exam Booklet (File 1 of 2)

First, print the Exam Booklet.  This PDF file contains the test questions and the standard answer form.  After printing the Exam Booklet, either minimize or close this first file so that you can proceed to the second course file described below.

Course Reader (File 2 of 2)

The Course Reader is the textbook or teaching tool that presents the subject matter.  There are two versions of the Reader.  Both versions contain the same content, but they differ in formatting (that is, the number of columns and the font size). 
 

Please choose one version of the Course Reader.
 

Course Reader with 1 column.  This official version of the Reader uses a larger font size.  While the 1-column version is easier to read, it's longer than the 2-column version. 

After you pass the course, we will send you a test review showing page numbers in the Reader where you may find explanations to test answers.  Those page numbers will correspond to the 1-column Reader.

Course Reader with 2 columns.  The 2-column version will use less paper and ink, but the font size is smaller so it's not as easy to read as the official version.  Also, the page numbers in this Reader will not match the page numbers in the after-exam feedback that points to explanations for incorrect answers.  Our grading software does not recognize the 2-column Reader.

If you have the Exam Booklet and any version of the 2026 Course Reader, then you can start the educational program at your earliest convenience. 

You should read the first few pages of the Exam Booklet (Part A) before you start the course.  If you have any questions about the program after reading Part A, please contact us and we will gladly help you.
