PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM
Part 1: Purpose of Form
The purpose of this form is to get you enrolled in the 2025 CTEC+IRS continuing education program. IN JUNE, we will email you a link to the course landing page where you can obtain the study materials in the format of your choice.
Part 2: Valid CTEC ID Number
This continuing education program is only for CTEC-registered tax professionals (CRTPs) who have a valid CTEC ID number. If you are not a CRTP, please click here.

Part 3: Payment
No payment is required of you at this time. The grading fee would only be requested at the time you submit your final exam answers.
Enrolling does not obligate you to start or finish the course. There are no strings attached and you could exit the program at any time.
Part 4: Email Address
All enrollees should have a valid email address.
Email is our primary method of communication with program participants, but we will keep the frequency of messages down to a bare minimum. We will send messages to you only during important program milestones (such as enrollment and test results). You may unsubscribe at any time.
We respect your privacy. California Tax School will never sell, rent, lease, or give away your email address to any third party.

Part 5: Optional Text Message
Our incoming email might be misdirected to the SPAM or JUNK folder. In a few cases, the email we send to a recipient is not delivered at all. Getting a text message could be helpful when our enrollment email message does not reach your INBOX (or SPAM folder). Providing a mobile number insures that you will receive at least one enrollment message from us.

Part 6: Terms of Use
Access to course materials will be granted if you agree to the following terms of use: i. Single-copy reproduction of the course materials is permitted for your informational or personal use only. The course materials may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, for any other purpose. ii. You, the intended user of the course materials, may not distribute, deliver, or pass along the course materials to any other person or organizational entity. Course materials are for enrollees only.
If you are part of a large group and online enrollment for each and every member would be time consuming and cumbersome, please contact us. Simply tell us who you are and how many licenses you need. After recording your information, we will issue a multi-user license to your group.
